User Guide

  1. Select Your Meal:

    • Choose from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks in the dropdown menu.
  2. Add Food Items:

    • Type a food item (e.g., “Oatmeal”, “Grilled Chicken”, “Fruit Salad”) and click “Add to Meal Plan”.
  3. Review Your Meal Plan:

    • Added food items appear in the Your Meal Plan section.
  4. Download Your Plan:

    • Click “Download Meal Plan (PDF)” to save your customized plan for later use.
