User Guide

  1. Select Your Meal:

  2. Add Food Items & Calories:

    • Enter a food item and its calorie count, then click “Add to Tracker”.
  3. Track Meals:

    • Your meal is recorded in a table, and the total calorie count is updated.
  4. Download Your Report:

    • Click “Download Report (PDF)” to save your daily food log.
