User Guide

Select Your Meal:
- Choose from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks in the dropdown menu.

Add Food Items & Calories:
- Enter a food item and its calorie count, then click “Add to Tracker”.

- Your meal is recorded in a table, and the total calorie count is updated.

- Click “Download Report (PDF)” to save your daily food log.
